The brass plate at the bottom of the dial is gradually sprayed with six layers of paint, creating a uniform and neat surface. The final step is applying glossy paint and polishing, resulting in an extraordinary sheen and deep tone. The dial then undergoes pad-printed lettering, with the hour markers and crown hand-inlaid by hand. The flawless new dial is assembled onto the movement during the watch assembly phase.
