Greenwich Type II Oyster type, 40mm, oyster-type steel Model 126720VTNR

This model features a black dial and a green-black two-tone Cerachrom ceramic bezel. In addition to traditional hour, minute, and second hands, the Greenwich Model II watch is equipped with an independent 24-hour hand and a bidirectional rotating bezel for 24 hours.
The 24-hour hand features a unique color tone to display the reference time for the first time zone (such as residence time), and can be read using the outer ring scale opposite it. The watch features cleverly designed independently adjustable hands, allowing the wearer to easily adjust the time via the winding crown, without affecting the operation of the minute and second hands. Therefore, travelers can read both departure and location times simultaneously at any time, ensuring precise operations. The Cerachrom bezel features an innovative color scheme: black and green, with the latter being a unique shade specially designed for this watch.
Like all Rolex professional watches, the Greenwich Model II ensures clear reading of time regardless of the environment or darkness. Oversized hands and simple triangular, round, or rectangular hour markers are coated with luminous material, emitting a lasting glow.
The new watch has been redesigned, with the crown and crown shoulder guards moved to the left side of the case, giving it a distinctive and refreshing look. The calendar window and small convex lens have also been adjusted to the 9 o’clock position.
Rolex uses a forged steel case made from Oyster steel. The oyster steel developed by the brand belongs to the 904L steel category, an alloy widely used in high-tech, aerospace, and chemical industries, thus naturally possessing high corrosion resistance.
Oyster steel is extremely durable, emitting a dazzling shine after polishing, maintaining its beauty even in extreme environments.
This Greenwich II comes with a Jubilee strap. The five-link commemorative strap is flexible and comfortable, designed by Rolex in 1945 specifically for the Oyster Perpetual Dateline.
The commemorative strap paired with the watch features a patented Rolex oyster safety clasp to prevent accidental opening. The strap is also equipped with the brand’s specially developed easy-to-adjust link, allowing the wearer to easily extend the strap by about 5 millimeters, making it extremely comfortable to wear. The concealed ear covers ensure a seamless visual connection between the strap and the case.
